Note: The Company frequently uses the non‐GAAP measures of funds from operations (“FFO”), operating funds from operations (“Operating FFO”), earnings before depreciation, amortization and deferred taxes (“EBDT”), comparable net operating income (“NOI”), and measures based on the pro‐rata consolidation method (“pro‐rata”) to explain operating performance and assist investors in evaluating its business. In addition, the Company presents a schedule of components to assist investors in determining the “net asset value” (“NAV”) of the Company and an implied cap rate, also non- GAAP measures.
