As we have shared in prior communications, the filing of the notice of special meeting, the proxy statement and the form of proxy, which we refer to together as the proxy, is an important step in the process for the proposed acquisition of Forest City by an entity affiliated with a Brookfield Asset Management Inc. real estate investment fund.

The proxy is a document containing important information for stockholders to make an informed decision in voting their stock at a special meeting of stockholders, which we expect will take place in the fourth quarter of this year.
